Execelente lugar para tener un buen alojamiento para un fin de semana en Gto. Habitaciónes adecuadas, buen servicio y excelente ubicación. Muy recomendable
Limpio, buena atención y el servicio de desayunos que ofrecen está muy bien, le pongo 4 estrellas porque el último día que estuvimos no nos brindaron el servicio de desayunos a pesar de haberlo pagado y de haberles avisado que si lo necesitariamos. Ofrecieron hacernos el reembolso y a la fecha no lo hemos recibido.
Clean, the staff was nice and really helpful, breakfast consist of coffee and a piece of bread with six small cuts off fruit.
Los únicos 3 inconvenientes con la habitación que tenía que el aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar unas horas después afortunadamente no era tiempo de calor así que no nos urgía reclamar eso, la puerta del baño de la regadera está mal colocada que por más que trates de cerrarlo bien se sale toda el agua hacia afuera. Y por último se tarda demasiado en que salga agua caliente para bañarse y eso que ya por la noche si no avisas en recepción que te vas a bañar no prenden el calentador de agua. De ahí el hotel está bien.
Nice, clean, hot water, close to everything hotel. I do wish check in would be earlier than 3:00 for all of us that travel a bit to get there.
No me agrado que tuviera área compartida con la tienda de tatuajes y una farmacia (invita a la curiosidad de gente ajena al hotel). Las habitaciones que dan al bulevar pues no son muy silenciosas. La habitación es grande pero no me gustó que el baño no tuviera privacidad ya que tenía un hueco como si fueran a poner una rejilla. El personal es muy amable y atento. La comida y servicio del restaurante fue deliciosa y a muy buen precio.
Un lugar perfecto si solo buscas estancia, cerca de todo, de cajeros y de lugares de compra, igual mente del callejón del beso y del mercado hidalgo

Habitación algo pequeña y el sanitario con ligero olor a drenaje. Muy limpia, cama y almohadas muy cómodas y el personal de Recepción con excelente servicio y actitud. Ubicación privilegiada.
